The auditing tools will assist your organization initiating a shared vision with all involved staff members. Each staff member elaborates the audit preceded by an interview if desired. Afterwards the results and vision are being discussed in a workshop. The main objective is creating a joint starting point in order to reach more consensus in the decision-making process.
Visions of independent experts and proportional benchmarks are added to the audit. Bottlenecks shall be identified and scored on the level of importance and effect.
In a final session a joint effort is made in order to remove those bottlenecks and how this should be accomplished. The results are drawn up in a plan of approach thus allowing you to instantly get on the job.

Strategic policy needs to be translated to tactical policy.
